I am so glad that you are here! I’d love to tell you a bit about myself and why I started this organization.
Prior to launching Good Work Solutions, I also founded Career Coach Nicole LLC, where I work directly with job seekers and individuals to help them navigate career transformation. Through this work, I passionately guide individuals through their career journey. I hear similar themes everyday with my clients: today’s workforce is seeking (and choosing to stay at) companies where they can be respected as they add value. Similarly, through my HR background, I know that employers also want to be spaces where people are happy to work. I created Good Work Solutions to bridge this gap, empowering businesses to become top-tier employers where quality talent joins enthusiastically and grows professionally.
Prior to this work, I worked for 13+ years in human resources leadership; corporate recruiting, and education career access spaces. I’ve also been an employee myself of every kind of company, from a micro, family-run organic guest ranch to a Fortune 500 company with 250,000+ employees, but I’ve found one thing to be true: workplaces who prioritize their people are the most successful.

At this time, we only work with businesses based in the United States, due to our understanding of U.S. compliance and employment law.
We typically meet with our clients virtually over Zoom or in-person in Charlotte, NC, but we can accommodate travel to your site as needed.
