Employees can be located in any U.S. city or state, and all outplacement services will be conducted virtually over Zoom.

As soon as you introduce us to your employee(s), outplacement services are completely hand-off and easy for you. Exiting employees will be given access to a client portal where they can automatically schedule meeting times, submit documents, and manage their experience. Good Work Solutions and Career Coach Nicole LLC will work closely with your exiting employees to ensure they are fully educated and informed on their services and process logistics.

At Good Work Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our outplacement services and are committed to ensuring a positive experience for both employers and exiting employees. Additionally, when a package is purchased, our team allocates valuable time, bandwidth, and scheduling allocation, in alignment with the number of purchased packages. Please review our refund policy and employee engagement guarantee below:
Refund Policy
We offer refunds to employers under the following conditions:
If an exiting employee does not book, schedule, or initiate their first outplacement services action item within 90 days from our initial outreach to them.
In such cases, we will refund 60% of the individual price of their coaching package, applicable to that exiting employee only.
Exclusions
If exiting employees participate in any part of the career coaching or outplacement services provided, the employer will not be eligible for their portion of the refund.
Partnering for Success
Prior to signing any agreements, we encourage employers to solicit employee interest to ensure appropriate pricing upfront. While we make multiple outreach efforts to encourage employee engagement, we cannot guarantee that all employees will begin or complete the outplacement services provided.

At Good Work Solutions, we understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and respecting the privacy of our clients, including your exiting employees.
Our Commitment to Confidentiality
We are unable to disclose the content or results of any outplacement services and career coaching provided to your exiting employees. We hold client confidentiality in high regard and believe that the best results are achieved when promises of confidentiality are made and upheld.
When we begin working with your exiting employees, they will sign a basic coaching agreement, which includes a clause stipulating that we will not share their private information. Once onboarded, your exiting employees become clients of our business and deserve full client confidentiality.
Encouraging Healthy Communication
While we maintain confidentiality regarding individual coaching sessions, we encourage healthy post-employment communication between your business and exiting employees. We believe that maintaining this relationship, especially in cases where the employer/employee relationship was healthy, can lead to positive outcomes.
We encourage you to reach out to your exiting employees and inquire about their experiences with our career coaching services and their career progression. This open line of communication can foster trust and support between all parties involved.

While Nicole personally handles most of the outplacement process, she occasionally partners with trusted professionals to ensure comprehensive support. Her commitment is to deliver results-driven solutions that empower individuals to navigate their careers successfully during times of change.
